Lead Frame Magazines

The principal business activities of TTE is in the manufacture of aluminium extruded leadframe magazines/carriers, trays and tubes for the semiconductor and electronic industries.

The products that TTE supplies to the semiconductor industries are used for the manufacturing of integrated circuits covering the front end right up to the back end.

Standard Magazine

Over the years we have accumulated hundreds of open toolings into our standard magazine inventory for our customers to take advantage of. Lead frame magazines can be custom designed to suit special requirement and are offered in a variety of colours.

Boat Carriers

Boat magazines are single piece aluminium extrusions and are offered in a variety of finishes. They can be customised to include recess for bar code labels, collapsible handles, engraving, internal stainless steel inserts and perforation.

I.C. Tubes & Multi Channel Trays

Tubes and trays are single piece precision extrusions. They are cut to length as per requirement and are offered in our standard Electroless Nickel Plating finish or electrolysis Anodise. They are also offered in a variety of colours as per customer's request and are offered with a variety of stoppers (i.e. rivets, rubber plugs, embossed stoppers). Suitable tubes and trays for SOIC, SOJ, SSOP, TSSOP, PLCC etc. is available.

TO Process Tape Magazine

TO magazines are single piece aluminium extrusion cut to length and customised as per requirement, i.e. engraving lead count, colour anodizing and other special requirements.
