Wafer Carrier - Frame Carrier

Wafer Frame Cassette/Carrier
Wafer rings of different diameter are used in Wafer Frame Cassettes, designs are available in variety of levels and pitching. Wafer Frame Cassettes are also supplied with different fixtures for handling, bar coding and protective covers.
Stack Magazine/Trim & Form Magazine (EOL)
Molded lead frames are loaded into Stack Magazines for trim and form operation to single units for further processing. Stack magazines are produced in both stainless steel and aluminium with various fixtures including fixed and adjustable stoppers. Engraving of lead count is optional.
 
 
Customised Non Standard Magazines

Besides supplying our standard range, TTE have built a large inventory of non standard magazine designs which is available to our customers.
